Omgate and Omgate Pro is covered by 1 years return to purchase point warranty

 

Please note this is a manufacturer's Warranty.

Warranty testing and replacement will be covered and performed by your distributors.

​

You will need to present your distributor with your proof of purchase (invoice with correct serial number) and leave the product for a period of testing (normanly 24 hours)

 

If your product is faulty and still within the warranty period - It will be replaced

Shipping cost will be covered by the customer
