How can I download the App?Go to app settings and press "Manage The app is free and available for both iPhone and Android phones. Download links are found at the bottom of the OmgatePro homepage. Click the icon relevant for your phone. Alternatively Go to google Play on your Android Device or App shop on your iPhone and search for OmgatePro

I downloaded the app but I can’t see any My Omgate devices, what happened?"Each gate is managed by an Administrator, also known as the “GateKeeper”, so only users who have been authorised by the GateKeeper are able to open/close the gate. Gatekeeper and also Add and Remove users and promote normal users to Gatekeepers. in addition only Gatekeepers can see a log of who used the gate and when. If you are the first person registering the Omgate, click on the “+” button in the App Home screen and the Omgate App will search for Omgate units within Bluetooth range. Click on the newly found Omgate unit and proceed by entering a Name for the Omgate. If the Omgate has already been registered by another User/Gate Keeper, a pop-up message will appear “gate is not new”. In this case, you need to contact the Gate Keeper and request access to this Omgate.

How many Omgate devices can be managed by one phone?The Omgate App can manage up to 20 different Omgate Pro devices.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee?OmgatePro hardware comes with 10 Free users. Go to additional users tab on our website to see prices Purchasing additional users is done via your App Go to Payment Options and change the option to Global > it will open the option pull down menu for additional user

How do I delete an Omgate, or change its name?"The Omgate Name can be changed in the ‘Settings’ menu on the screen of the relevant gate. You cannot delete an Omgate unit altogether as it is registered with the first Gate keeper. If it was deleted completely, it would need to be replaced by Omgate at a charge. Due to security reasons and because it contains the registration details of the first Smart Phone.

How do I change or add the OmgatePro Administrator?Only the original OmGate Administrator or “Gatekeeper” is able to authorise additional Gate Keepers, who will also have the ability to add and delete Users. Gate Keepers, given the Gate Keeper privilege by the original Gate Keeper, are able to delete the original Gate Keeper

I re-installed my gate does not work - what to do?Turn power/electricity off and back on to the motor gate. Restart your App and try again

What do I do if the Omgate is not working?If your gate worked in the past.... and not working now - it may happen because of difrent reasons. First, check if the gate is working in any other way. by pressing your old-style remote control or pressing a wired button. If you know the motor works and the Omgate does not function.... refresh your App. Ensure that the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Some gates may suffer from power surges and can cause damage to the relay on OmagtePro we prefer if a power conditioner is installed before the Omgate 12V or 12V Power connection to rectify this issue.... Restart your App or reinstall your App (you will not lose your setting if you are using the same phone) number
